Nora Regina Alawneh is the Executive Director of Business Women Forum in Palestine. A self-motivated professional with more than 22 years of specialized experience in National and International banks in the areas of Organizational Excellence, HRD Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Quality Management and Talent Management.
A team-oriented person that uses her positive attitude to motivate others in workplace to achieve results. A true believer in innovation and transformation as a driver of change. Proud of many achievements during professional career mainly the establishments and managing the Service Quality and Organizational Excellence departments at Arab Bank - Palestine, Al Hilal Bank - Abu Dhabi, and the National Bank – Palestine. This contributed to raising awareness of the critical role customer and employee experience play in driving Organizational Excellence. Through her role as Human Resource Development Manager at Quds Bank, Nora Regina championed an Employee Experience culture, with a particular emphasis on the Voice of Employees, family-friendly policies, and the significance of diversity and inclusion.
She participated twice as a judge at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards. She implemented Quality Management Systems, led audit teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards, and contributed to the implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model. Throughout her career, she trained over 2,500 employees in Customer Experience and soft skills.
Nora Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in International Relations from Birzeit University and a second Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, Australia. She holds many International professional certificates including Customer Experience Professional, EFQM Excellence Assessor, Lead ISO Auditor, NLP Practioner & NLP Professional Coach, Train the Trainer, and other specialized and distinguished training program "Qualified Corporate Director".

Iman Hassasneh has over 15 years of experience in building and growing women-owned SMEs. Iman has exceptional experience in project development, business plan development, and feasibility studies. She also has good experience in financial management, marketing and strategic planning.
Iman has helped hundreds of businesses by providing a variety of advice regarding growth and development. And maintained strategic partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
In each of her professional roles, she produces positive results and successfully fulfills the company's overall goals. Over the years, Iman has proven to be a reliable team player with excellent communication and time management skills.In addition to the formal bachelor's degree program in Socio-Economic Development Studies, Iman is also certified as a Gender Auditor.
Razan Hammoudeh

Razan is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in office and project management, mobilization of resources, social governance and development, quality assurance, problem assessment and solving, leadership and team work abilities, and communication skills.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Birzeit University, has worked with several local organizations in various fields, where she had the opportunity to develop her competencies and grow management skills.
With her extensive experience in office and project management, Razan is well-equipped to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Kamal Masri
Project Manager
Eng. Kamal Masri holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering and is a PMP-certified with nearly eight years of experience across Palestinian and international NGOs. He began his career at AlNayzak Organization, leading STEM and youth entrepreneurship initiatives for young people. He then joined Taawon (Welfare Association) as Project Coordinator, managing education and TVET programmes with a strong focus on empowering women through grants supporting women-led startups, alongside emergency response work. He went on to serve as Program Officer at PAMA (Palestinian American Medical Association), overseeing health and humanitarian programmes across Gaza and the West Bank, followed by a role with UNRWA as a Project Coordinator in the GBV programme, leading psychosocial support efforts and the development of safe spaces for women in refugee camps. Kamal now serves as Project Manager at Business Women Forum. "What drives me most is designing and delivering programmes that create real, lasting impact for youth, women, and vulnerable communities."

Yuna Nawahda is a Communication and Project Coordinator at the Business Women Forum (BWF), with a background in Computer Science and diverse experience across communication, project coordination, technology, digital content, and community engagement. Her professional journey combines technical expertise with strong communication and organizational skills, allowing her to work across multidisciplinary projects and initiatives. Yuna has been actively involved in technology and innovation, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), digital solutions, and climate technology. She has represented innovative projects at regional and international competitions and conferences, earning recognition for technology-driven solutions addressing environmental and social challenges. Alongside her technical work, she has experience in content creation, social media, event coordination, youth engagement, and supporting the implementation and visibility of different programs. Yuna is passionate about using technology, creativity, and communication to develop impactful ideas, connect people, and contribute to meaningful and sustainable solutions.
Yasmin Younis
Project Coordinator
Yasmin Younis has more than five years of experience in project coordination and implementation, with a strong track record of leading and coordinating multi-stakeholder development projects with international organizations and donors, including CARE International, IREX, the World Bank, UNESCO, and more. Yasmin has a strong background in women’s economic empowerment, particularly in supporting women-led MSMEs and community-based initiatives. She is experienced in generating and utilizing data-driven insights to support program improvement and informed decision-making, complemented by strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
Hala Qzaih
Project Manager
Eng. Hala is a project management and development professional with more than eight years of experience coordinating donor-funded projects, with a strong background in capacity building, socio-economic development, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation. She has contributed to more than 30 donor-funded projects and worked with international donors, public institutions, NGOs, and academic partners.
At the Business Women Forum - Palestine, Hala is responsible for managing the Advancing Palestinian Women’s Entrepreneurship Program. She oversees program planning and implementation, donor and stakeholder coordination, training activities, monitoring, and support to Palestinian women entrepreneurs in strengthening their businesses and market readiness.
She also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, complementing her practical experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
