Rinad is a remarkable leader, armed with a distinguished professional background and a formidable academic foundation. With two Master's degrees under her belt, one in Management of Non-Profit Organizations from the Hebrew University, and another in Law from Birzeit University. Her 20 years professional experience working in international nonprofits will provide the BWF with strong and solid leadership with a proven track record of leading innovative legal and advocacy efforts, managing partnerships, and providing valuable insights for program improvement. Her passion for empowering Palestinian women, combined with her expertise in the legal and international advocacy landscape, makes her the ideal candidate to advance BWF's mission and commitment to women's economic empowerment and gender equality.
Jumana Salous
Program manager
Ms. Jumana Salous joined the Business Women Forum-Palestine in 2010 and she is currently the Program Manager, where she designs, supervises, implements, monitors and evaluates international development projects / programs that mainly focus on women economic empowerment. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing advices and feedback for successful implementation of the projects, develop new concept notes and proposals for new initiatives that aligns with the organization strategy, develop presentations, analytical narrative and financial reports, prepare for and conduct meetings with stakeholders including donors, partners, NGOs, private sector, and Governmental organizations.
Ms. Jumana represents BWF in vital committees such as the financial inclusion committee with the Palestinian Monetary Authority, and accompanied women MSMEs in regional and international trade mission, exhibitions to Holland, UAE, Jordan, Italy and Germany.
Ms. Jumana holds Executive MBA degree from Birzeit University and Bachelor Degree of English Literature with Translation as a minor.

Iman Hassasneh has over 15 years of experience in building and growing women-owned SMEs. Iman has exceptional experience in project development, business plan development, and feasibility studies. She also has good experience in financial management, marketing and strategic planning.
Iman has helped hundreds of businesses by providing a variety of advice regarding growth and development. And maintained strategic partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
In each of her professional roles, she produces positive results and successfully fulfills the company's overall goals. Over the years, Iman has proven to be a reliable team player with excellent communication and time management skills.In addition to the formal bachelor's degree program in Socio-Economic Development Studies, Iman is also certified as a Gender Auditor.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Birzeit University, has worked with several local organizations in various fields, where she had the opportunity to develop her competencies and grow management skills.
With her extensive experience in office and project management, Razan is well-equipped to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Haya Al Jouhari

Haya Al Jouhari, highly focused Trainer and Business Development Specialist who graduated from Birzeit University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration in 2012. Haya has 12-years’ experience in NGOs and developing sectors in Palestine and Amman. Since then, she succeeded to build solid experience in key business and humanitarian fields, including: Entrepreneurship and SMEs development, Citizenship and Civic leadership, Sustainable Development, Capacity building & Training, Socio-economic empowerment especially in Conflict-Sensitive zones, institutional strengthening, Advocacy in Human Rights, and Non-Profit PCM and Grants management. Throughout the past 12 years Haya has occupied different positions and roles either as master trainer, coach, development specialist or project coordinator, in different significant local and international institutions. This variety of roles and responsibilities she managed to handle in work, offered her the chance to work with different targets of beneficiaries from various backgrounds and needs, including: youth, women, start-ups, SMEs, advocates, cooperatives and social enterprises, in addition to local and international NGOs, chambers, unions and ministries. Haya is responsible, intelligent, and adaptable, who thrives in planning and monitoring organizational projects ensuring goals are attained in timely and quality manner.

Hind Harb is a dynamic professional with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Translation, combining her expertise in project coordination and procurement, Hind has dedicated her expertise to empowering Palestinian youth and entrepreneurs.
In her current role as a Project & Procurement Coordinator, Hind spearheads programs aimed at fostering the growth of aspiring entrepreneurs and women. Her proficiency in project development, business planning, financial management, marketing, and strategic planning has consistently contributed to the success of the programs she has been part of.
Hind is a recognized dedicated team player with exceptional communication and time management skills. She thrives in planning and monitoring organizational projects, ensuring that goals are achieved efficiently and with the highest quality standards.
