BWF concluded a practical training course on "The Art of Cooking and Sweets"

BWF concluded a practical training course on "The Art of Cooking and Sweets" that was implemented by the best chefs from the Kitchen Club Academy and funded by Spark Dutch Foundation.  The course of fifty training hours targeted members of the Business Development Center who own sweet producing projects of various kinds.  It covered a variety of practical topics, including the basics of cake preparation and decoration, moist sweets, biscuits as well as other different training topics.
