BWF is the voice of women and advocates for better representation of women on the boards of directors of semi-governmental organizations and private companies to discuss business-related issues, design strategies and policies for the financial inclusion of women SMEs, and increase women's participation in the workforce.

BWF provides a platform for women to expand their connections and create business linkages between women entrepreneurs.
