Mrs. Shelleh is the co-founder and CEO of Shelleh Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies, the company was established in 2017 and is based in Palestine, it has already become the sole regional supplier of world-renowned health products and medical supplies. Shireen also is Partner and Managing Director of the Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP), a leading Palestinian engineering firm that’s based in Ramallah, Palestine. Under Shireen’s leadership, CEP has grown to have operations in Canada, UAE, Iraq, Libya, and Jordan. Shireen leads technical teams of national and international experts in spatial, strategic planning, and infrastructure development for urban and rural communities. Shireen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. Shireen has been selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader of the Year 2016 (YGL). She is a board member of the Palestinian Business Women Forum (BWF), and a member of several other social and technical organizations.

Maha Abu Shusheh was born in 1962 in Ramallah, and attended Birzeit University for her BA in Economics. She began her professional career as a co-manager of Abu-Shusheh Contracting Co., a road construction contractor, and became the manager in 1988. She developed the family business by establishing the sole agency of Peugeot Automobiles in Palestine. Currently, she is involved in many business and cultural organizations. She is a Board Member of Palestinian Business Women Forum, a Board Member of Bank of Palestine, Chairwoman of Riwaq (the Palestinian association for the preservation of architectural heritage), the last Chairman of the Palestinian Shippers Council (association representing the Palestinian importers and exporters). She is also a Board Member of The Arab Businesswomen Counsel and a member of the board of trustees in Al Quds University, board member of Palestinian Medical Relief Association, and other associations. Mrs. Abu Shusheh was named as one of Forbes Arabia's top 50 influential Arab businesswomen for year 2006 and also 2007 – the only Palestinian woman to make the list, and also one of Forbes Arabia`s top 100 influential Arabs.
Manal Zraiq

Mrs. Zraiq is a Palestinian business woman, a pioneer in supporting and lobbying for businesswomen’s development and their advancement in Palestine. During the past 25 years Ms. Zraiq has taken the lead as Partner & CEO of Massar International Group investment projects (www.massar.com), she played a key supporting role in the establishment of Rawabi, the first planned Palestinian City and the largest private sector project in Palestine from foundation idea to implementation (www.rawabi.ps), She is the Founder of Rawabi English Academy in 2016 and served as a member of Rawabi Municipal Council for two terms.
Her dedication and persistence in promoting business development, particularly for women, has positioned her as one of the most prominent businesswoman executives in Palestine. Mrs. Zraiq is Chairwoman of al Mustaqbal School, Chairwoman of Zoom Advertising Company and a board member of Sahem Trading & Investments Company. She is also a board member representing her major shares in publicly trading companies such as the National Bank TNB, and the Palestine Investment & Development Company PID.
As one of the most dynamic and pioneering businesswomen and female executives in the Middle East, she was a Founder and the first Chairwoman of the Palestinian Business Women Forum and currently serves on the board of the organization. Ms. Zraiq is also a member and a former chairperson of the Global Young Presidents’ Organization - YPO Palestine chapter, a Board member of Partners for Sustainable Economy – PSD. She is also a member of the executive board and a board member of trustees of the Arab International Investor Forum.
Mrs. Zraiq is a fellow of the ASPEN Global Leadership Network (AGLN), and member of the Middle East Leadership Initiative (MELI).
In 2013, Ms. Zraiq earned the Vital Voices Global Leadership Economic Empowerment Award. In 2022, YPO MENA region selected her as the Global Impact Award Regional honoree for her initiative “Investing in Education and empowering youth”.
Samira Hulaileh

Ms. Hulaileh graduated with a degree in Business from Haigazian University of Beirut. Hereafter, she had worked at Al-Nasher for more than 20 years; serving leading it into an abundant growth.
Since 2006, Ms. Hulaileh is one of the 7 founding members of the Business Women Forum –Palestine (BWF). She continuously advocates feminism and women empowerment. She was part of Women’s Centre of Legal Aid and Counseling (WCLAC); she, along with other women, sought to contribute in developing a democratic Palestinian society based on social justice and equality between men and women. Moreover, she was a member in International Women’s Commission (IWC); which is coalition of prominent women from all over the world who sought to advocate peace.
Ms. Hulaileh, is a woman who believes in equality, she strongly advocates that females should take a leading role in developing the society. In 2008, she took the second highest votes in the elections for the Palestinian Federation for Paper Industry and became the first female to join the federation’s board of director. Moreover, she served as PTA director of the Friends School in Ramallah for almost 4 years.

Mrs. Moghrabi is an architect engineer, she graduated from Jordan University in Amman in 1986. In 1987 she established Al Moghrabi engineering consultancy office in Ramallah, with her husband, now it’s one of the well-known engineering offices. As a business woman, Mrs. Moghrabi with 6 other Palestinian women established the Business Women Forum –Palestine. She continues to be an active member of BWF and currently serves as Deputy Chairwoman.

Assmaa Masri is a highly experienced Palestinian Business Woman with over 30 years of experience in business and social work. She holds a business degree from An-Najah National University and has made significant contributions in various fields.
Assmaa Masri is a Member of the Board of Directors of BWF and also serves as the Chairwoman of Masri Qasrawi Company. Additionally, she is an Owner and Board Member for Target Jordan Palestine Securities and Investments Company and was previously the General Manager of the same company. She is also an Owner and Board Member for Haj Taher Masri Company.
Assmaa Masri is actively involved in several organizations and institutions. She is a Member of the Palestinian National Council and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Nablus University for Vocational & Technical Education. Furthermore, she is the President of An-Najah University Alumni Association and a Member of the Administrative Board of the Family Defense Association.
Assmaa Masri is a true advocate for women's empowerment and has founded the Palestinian Women's Club. She is also the former President of the Business Women's Association Forum of Nablus Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She has served as the President of the late Salah Masri Award for Arts and has been a Former Member of the Municipal Council of Nablus Municipality.

Mrs. Ghalayini’s career can be described in two words: challenges and perseverance. Mrs. Ghalayini began her professional path at the Windmill Hotel-Gaza, as a receptionist, with her motivation and strong will, she quickly climbed the career ladder and became Assistant General Manager. In 2000 she started building her first private business – Sea Breeze Hotel and restaurant. Under Mrs. Ghalayini’s management, her business started to expand, opening Big Bite Restaurant, Roots restaurant and hotel, as well as Al Deira Hotel. Furthermore, she penetrated the commercial field, establishing connections with the largest hypermarkets in Gaza City, and other commercial companies specialized in importing and distributing goods. Right now, Mrs. Ghalayini is a Board Member of Business Women Forum, Board Member of PalTrade, Chairman of Values Group Company, Chairman of Morals Company for General Trading, Vice Chairman of Care Four hypermarket. She obtained her PhD in Entrepreneurship from Leeds Professional University, USA.
