Najwa Ghadban

“I adore art since childhood” said Najwa Ghadban, the owner of "Naksh w Hajar".

After finishing my BA from the faculty of Commerce, I got a good job, but I never felt that this I want to achieve in life, therefore, I decided to start my own business.

I designed a small collection, and displayed it in a local exhibition in Ramallah. My participation in this exhibition has encouraged me to continue, and enhanced my determination to develop my skills.

Because the start was not easy, I was looking forward to find someone to guide me and I kept looking until I heard about the Business Women Forum and the Business Development Center. I went there and the team provided all the support through coaching, connecting me with new markets, and customers, in addition to my participation in training sessions, exhibitions which has a significant impact in promoting my business, and reaching the largest group of people.

The Business Women Forum represents for me and many Palestinian women a safe platform to start from.
