Mrs. Wadi is the Executive Director of Business Women Forum- BWF-Palestine since 2008. BWF is a nonprofit organization established in 2006 with a mission to strengthen the competitiveness of Palestinian businesswomen and female entrepreneurs through building capacities, enhance access to markets, and advocating an enabling environment for business women in Palestine.
Mrs. Wadi has more than 27 years’ experience in economic development, especially for women economic empowerment and encouraging entrepreneurship for youth. Mrs. Wadi has participated advanced training courses in regional and international NGOs and further developed her capacity in Management for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) by acquiring a professional Diploma certificate in SME’s development in addition to her BA in Business Administration at the university of Birzeit, Ramallah which enabled her to lead and have a significant contribution developing BWF into a well positioned local NGO for Women Economic Empowerment.
As well as, she participated as a key note speaker, role model and facilitator in different local and international conferences. Mrs. Wadi participated as a member of Jury with various NGO’s, Banks, accelerators and universities to evaluate Businesses for young entrepreneurs, such as Injaz, Bank of Palestine, HULT Prize, Welfare association and she herself acts as a trainer, a mentor and a coach. She is a board member of AIG- Ahlia Insurance group, an advisory board member at Business Faculty of Al Najah univesity, Palestine Ambassador for MENA Buinsess Women Club.
One of her remarkable experiences is in developing Programs targeting Female Youth and engaging them in the labor force. As well as, she coaches women entrepreneurs to find their work life balance to create their support system that makes their lives easier. She has worked directly with a large number of female graduates, business women and entrepreneurs and school students over the past 15 years. Mrs Wadi, and through different approaches, she believes that working and engaging men and boys is the base of gender equality, engaging them to become an effective support system for their working wives, daughters, mothers and sisters which reflects positively on the entire family and the small communities around them.
Sharing is her passion, she promotes the culture of mentorship by passing and sharing experience with the young females starting their career life and building their own business.

Jumana Salous
Program manager
Ms. Jumana Salous joined the Business Women Forum-Palestine in 2010 and she is currently the Program Manager, where she designs, supervises, implements, monitors and evaluates international development projects / programs that mainly focus on women economic empowerment. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing advices and feedback for successful implementation of the projects, develop new concept notes and proposals for new initiatives that aligns with the organization strategy, develop presentations, analytical narrative and financial reports, prepare for and conduct meetings with stakeholders including donors, partners, NGOs, private sector, and Governmental organizations.
Ms. Jumana represents BWF in vital committees such as the financial inclusion committee with the Palestinian Monetary Authority, and accompanied women MSMEs in regional and international trade mission, exhibitions to Holland, UAE, Jordan, Italy and Germany.
Ms. Jumana holds Executive MBA degree from Birzeit University and Bachelor Degree of English Literature with Translation as a minor.

Iman Hassasneh

Iman Hassasneh has over 15 years of experience in building and growing women-owned SMEs. Iman has exceptional experience in project development, business plan development, and feasibility studies. She also has good experience in financial management, marketing and strategic planning.
Iman has helped hundreds of businesses by providing a variety of advice regarding growth and development. And maintained strategic partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
In each of her professional roles, she produces positive results and successfully fulfills the company's overall goals. Over the years, Iman has proven to be a reliable team player with excellent communication and time management skills.In addition to the formal bachelor's degree program in Socio-Economic Development Studies, Iman is also certified as a Gender Auditor.

Abeer Haridi
Project manager
Abeer Haridi, is a Projects Manager at Business Women Forum, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University in Palestine, and is a holder of MBA from the same university. Shaping of her career path, Abeer became a Project Management Professional “PMP” certified by Project Management Institution, US, as well as a certified trainer in Competency-based Economies Formation for Enterprises CEFE under the auspice of United Nation Development Programme and Business Coach by Weconomics ltd. Additionally, Abeer holds a certificate as a National Expert in Marketing, Production and Management as well as SMEs Management consultant by JICA programme of Industrial Promotion.
Abeer has over 15 years of work experience in relief and development. She manages projects aiming to foster women’s resilience and engagement and assists them to expand their ability to succeed and to advance economically and socially in the course of social entrepreneurship initiatives by planning, coordinating, monitoring, running and supporting the implementation for the startup of micro- enterprises led by women.

Razan is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in office and project management, mobilization of resources, social governance and development, quality assurance, problem assessment and solving, leadership and team work abilities, and communication skills.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Birzeit University, have worked with several local organizations in various fields, where she had the opportunity to develop her competencies and grow management skills.
With her extensive experience in office and project management, Razan is well-equipped to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
