في إطار تنفيذ أنشطة مشروع "هي القوة – Powered by Women"، المُنفّذ من قِبل منظمة كير في فلسطين، بالشراكة مع منتدى سيدات الأعمال – فلسطين، والمُموّل من الوكالة النرويجية للتعاون الإنمائي، نظّم المنتدى جلسة توعوية بالتعاون مع سلطة النقد الفلسطينية استهدفت صاحبات المشاريع الصغيرة والناشئة. وهدفت الجلسة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي والتعريف بالخدمات والتسهيلات التي تقدمها سلطة النقد، مع التركيز بصورة خاصة على الحلول والخدمات المالية الرقمية، والآليات والإجراءات الناظمة للوصول إليها والاستفادة منها.

كما شكّلت الورشة منصة هامة لتسليط الضوء على دور منظمة كير في فلسطين ومساهماتها التنموية، إلى جانب التعريف ببرنامج "هي القوة" وتدخلاته الميدانية أمام شريحة أوسع من الرياديات والجهات الشريكة ذات الصلة.

تضمّنت الورشة تزويد المشاركات بمعلومات شاملة حول منظومة الخدمات المالية المتاحة، والخيارات الرقمية، والإجراءات الإدارية والمالية ذات العلاقة، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بـ منصة "منشأتي" والمبادرات والبرامج الوطنية الداعمة للمشاريع التي تقودها النساء. وقد أتاح هذا التعاون المباشر مع سلطة النقد الفرصة للمشاركات للحصول على المادة المعرفية من أحد الجهات الرئيسية في القطاع المالي، مما يسهم في تعزيز فهمهن الشامل للمنظومة المالية الداعمة لتطوير الأعمال وتحقيق الشمول المالي.

وختاماً، أسهمت الجلسة في إثراء حصيلة المشاركات المعرفية بالخيارات والخدمات المالية الرقمية الكفيلة بتطوير أعمالهن واستدامتها، فضلاً عن دورها في توثيق صلات التعاون والتشبيك بين الرياديات، وبرامج منتدى سيدات الأعمال، والأطراف الفاعلة في القطاع المالي.

As part of the implementation of the “Powered by Women” project, implemented by CARE Palestine, in partnership with the Business Women Forum – Palestine (BWF), and funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), BWF organized an awareness session in collaboration with the Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA), targeting women owners of small and emerging micro-enterprises. The session aimed to raise awareness and introduce the services and facilities provided by the PMA, with a special focus on digital financial solutions and services, as well as the mechanisms and procedures required to access and benefit from them.

The workshop also served as an important platform to highlight CARE’s Palestine role and developmental contributions in Palestine, while introducing the “Powered by Women” program and its field interventions to a broader group of women entrepreneurs and relevant stakeholders.

Furthermore, the workshop provided participants with comprehensive information regarding the ecosystem of available financial services, digital options, and relevant administrative and financial procedures. It also introduced the “Monsha’ati” platform, alongside other national initiatives and programs supporting women-led enterprises. This direct collaboration with the PMA granted participants first-hand access to knowledge from a key institution in the financial sector, contributing to a holistic understanding of the broader financial ecosystem that supports women-led business development and financial inclusion.

In conclusion, the session enriched participants’ knowledge of digital financial options and services essential for scaling and sustaining their businesses, while also strengthening cooperation and networking ties among women entrepreneurs, BWF programs, and key actors in the financial sector.
