اختتم منتدى سيدات الأعمال البرنامج التدريبي المخصص لبناء قدرات صاحبات المشاريع في محافظات بيت لحم ويطا والقدس والذي استهدف مجموعة من رائدات الأعمال ضمن مشروع "هي القوة – Powered by Women".  يهدف البرنامج الى تزويد المشاركات بالمعارف والمهارات العملية التي تعزز من قدرة مشاريعهن على الصمود والتكيف مع التحديات وتحسين فرص النمو والاستدامة.

وتضمن البرنامج سلسلة من التدريبات التفاعلية التي تناولت موضوعات الإدارة المالية وإعداد الموازنات واستخدام الأدوات الرقمية في إدارة الأعمال واستراتيجيات مرونة الأعمال مع مراعاة مبادئ الدمج والإعاقة والتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وخدمة العملاء. كما رافق البرنامج جلسات إرشاد وتوجيه دعمت المشاركات في تطبيق المفاهيم المكتسبة على مشاريعهن وتطوير خطط عملية تناسب احتياجات أعمالهن.

يأتي هذا البرنامج ضمن مشروع هي القوة – Powered by Women" المُنفّذ من قِبل منظمة كير في فلسطين، بالشراكة مع منتدى سيدات الأعمال – فلسطين، والمُموّل من الوكالة النرويجية للتعاون الإنمائي.

Business Women Forum – Palestine Concludes Capacity Building Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Bethlehem, Yatta and Jerusalem

BWF has successfully concluded a capacity building program for women entrepreneurs from Bethlehem, Yatta, and Jerusalem under the “Powered by Women” project. The program aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills that strengthen their business resilience help them adapt to challenges and support the sustainable growth of their enterprises.

Throughout the program participants took part in a series of interactive training sessions covering financial literacy and budgeting the use of digital business tools business resilience with a focus on disability, inclusion digital marketing and social media customer service and traditional marketing as well as leadership and negotiation skills. The training was complemented by coaching sessions that enabled participants to apply the knowledge gained to their businesses and develop practical plans tailored to their needs.

This activity is part of the “Powered by Women” project implemented by CARE Palestine, in partnership with the Business Women Forum – Palestine (BWF), and funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad).
