نظّم منتدى سيدات الأعمال، فعالية تشبيكيه ضمن مشروع نُواة – "نساء يدعمن نساء"، بمشاركة مرشدات ومسترشدات المشروع، إلى جانب ممثلين عن منتدى سيدات الأعمال والوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي GIZ في فندق الملينيوم بمدينة رام الله.

افتُتحت الفعالية بكلمة ترحيبية ألقتها نائبة رئيس مجلس إدارة منتدى سيدات الأعمال، المهندسة أمل المصري، أكدت خلالها أهمية الإرشاد المهني والتشبيك في دعم صاحبات المشاريع وتعزيز فرص نموهن واستدامتهن كما ألقت السيدة هبة تيجاني المسؤولة عن برنامج WoMENA من GIZ، كلمة أكدت فيها عن أهمية تمكين النساء اقتصاديًا، وتوفير المساحات التي تتيح لهن تبادل الخبرات وبناء علاقات مهنية داعمة ومستدامة. للنساء.

وتضمّنت الفعالية جلسة تفاعلية شاركت خلالها المرشدات والمسترشدات تجاربهن وقصص النجاح والإنجازات التي حققنها خلال رحلة الإرشاد، إلى جانب التحديات التي واجهنها والدروس المستفادة. وقد أظهرت المشاركات الأثر الإيجابي للإرشاد في تطوير الأفكار والخدمات، وتحسين التسويق والتسعير، وتنظيم الأعمال، وتوسيع شبكات العلاقات والوصول إلى فرص جديدة.

واختُتم اللقاء بنقاشات جماعية تناولت نقاط القوة والتحديات ومجالات التحسين في رحلة الإرشاد، إضافة إلى جمع توصيات المشاركات بشأن تطوير أنشطة الإرشاد المستقبلية ومنصة NUWA Connect، بما يضمن استجابتها لاحتياجات النساء صاحبات المشاريع.

وتأتي هذه الفعالية في إطار جهود منتدى سيدات الأعمال لتعزيز ثقافة "النساء يدعمن النساء"، ضمن مشروع تعزيز سياسات واقتصادات مستجيبة للنوع الاجتماعي وشاملة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا WoMENA بتمويل من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية BMZ، وبدعم من GIZ، لتوفير بيئة تشجع على تبادل الخبرات والمعرفة وبناء علاقات مهنية مستدامة تسهم في دعم نمو المشاريع التي تقودها النساء.

The Business Women Forum (BWF) held a networking event under its NUWA – “Women Supporting Women” project at the Millennium Hotel in Ramallah. The event brought together the project’s mentors and mentees, alongside representatives of BWF and (GIZ).

The event opened with remarks from Eng. Amal Al-Masri, Vice Chair of BWF’s Board of Directors, who highlighted the role of mentorship and networking in helping women entrepreneurs grow and sustain their businesses. Ms. Hiba Tijani, GIZ’s WoMENA Programme Officer, also spoke about the importance of women’s economic empowerment and of creating spaces where women can exchange experiences and build lasting professional relationships.

During an interactive session, mentors and mentees shared their experiences, achievements, challenges, and lessons from the mentorship journey. Participants described how mentorship had helped them develop their ideas and services, improve marketing and pricing, organize their businesses, expand their networks, and reach new opportunities.

The event concluded with group discussions on the strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in the mentorship experience. Participants also shared recommendations for future mentorship activities and the NUWA Connect platform, so both can better respond to the needs of women entrepreneurs.

The event forms part of BWF’s efforts to strengthen a culture of “women supporting women” under the WoMENA project, “Promoting Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Policies and Economies in the Middle East and North Africa.” The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by GIZ.
