منتدى سيدات الأعمال يطلق برنامج الإرشاد ضمن مشروع "نواة" بدعم من (GIZ).
في 20 حزيران 2026، أطلق منتدى سيدات الأعمال برنامج الإرشاد ضمن مشروع "نواة" (NUWA) نساء يدعمن نساء، الممول من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية(BMZ ) ، وبدعم من ال GIZ، من خلال برنامج تعزيز المشاركة السياسية والاقتصادية للنساء في الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا (WoMENA) وبالتعاون مع شركة سبارك للاستشارات والتدريب.
وشكّلت الفعالية الانطلاقة الرسمية لمرحلة الإرشاد في المشروع، حيث جمعت 25 مرشدة و25 مسترشدة تم اختيارهن للمشاركة في البرنامج، بحضور ممثلات عن برنامج WoMENA GIZوفريق شركة سبارك ممثلاً بمديرها التنفيذي السيد مهند الهيجاوي.
ورحّبت السيدة نورا رجينا علاونة، المديرة التنفيذية لمنتدى سيدات الأعمال، بالمشاركات والحضور، مؤكدةً على أهمية برنامج الإرشاد في دعم النساء الرياديات وصاحبات المشاريع. ومن جانبها، أكدت السيدة هبة التيجاني، المسؤولة عن برنامج. WoMENA. من (GIZ) أهمية برامج الإرشاد والتوجيه في مسيرة النساء المهنية لما يشكله من رافعة مستدامة في بناء قدرات النساء وخصوصا الرياديات وصاحبات المشاريع.. كما أوضحت أن المشروع يجسد شراكة فاعلة مع المنتدى من خلال توفير برامج تدريبية وإرشادية متخصصة، وتعزيز التشبيك وتبادل الخبرات بما يدعم نمو المشاريع وتوسعها.
واستضافت الفعالية السيدة منال زريق، أمينة صندوق منتدى سيدات الأعمال، التي ألقت كلمة ملهمة استعرضت خلالها جانباً من تجربتها الشخصية والمهنية، مسلطةً الضوء على أهمية الإرشاد والتوجيه في تطوير المسيرة المهنية، ومشجعةً المشاركات على الاستفادة القصوى من هذه التجربة لبناء شبكات مهنية داعمة وتعزيز فرص النجاح والتطور.
وتضمّنت الفعالية عرضاً تعريفياً ببرنامج الإرشاد وأهدافه، ورحلة الإرشاد والتدريبات المهنية المصاحبة له، تلاه الإعلان عن مجموعات الإرشاد وتنفيذ أنشطة تفاعلية للتعارف والتشبيك بين المشاركات. واختُتمت الفعالية بتوقيع اتفاقيات الإرشاد بين المرشدات والمسترشدات، إيذاناً بالانطلاق الرسمي لرحلة الإرشاد التي ستسهم في تعزيز المهارات المهنية والريادية للمشاركات، وتوسيع شبكاتهن المهنية، ودعم نمو مشاريعهن واستدامتها.
Business Women Forum Launches the Mentorship Programme under the NUWA Project with the Support of GIZ
On June 20, 2026, The Business Women Forum (BWF) officially launched the Mentorship Programme under the NUWA – Women Supporting Women Project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) WoMENA Project, and implemented in cooperation with SPARK Consultancy and Training.
The event marked the official commencement of the mentorship phase of the project, bringing together 25 mentors and 25 mentees selected to participate in the programme. The event was attended by representatives from GIZ/WoMENA Project and the SPARK team, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Muhannad Al-Hijjawi.
In her opening remarks, Ms. Nora Regina Alawneh, Executive Director of the Business Women Forum, welcomed the participants and guests, emphasizing the importance of mentorship in supporting women entrepreneurs and business owners. She highlighted the programme's role in strengthening women's leadership capabilities, fostering professional growth, and creating meaningful opportunities for knowledge exchange and business development.
On behalf of GIZ, Ms. Hiba Tijani the WoMENA Deputy Head of Program - Palestine, highlighted the importance of mentorship programmes in enhancing women's economic participation. She emphasized that mentorship plays a vital role in women's professional journeys, serving as a sustainable catalyst for their personal and professional growth. She noted that the "NUWA" project is closely aligned with WoMENA’s efforts to strengthen the capacities of women, particularly entrepreneurs and business owners, and to support the sustainability of their enterprises during such challenging times in Palestine.
The event also featured an inspiring keynote address by Ms. Manal Zureiq, Treasurer of the Business Women Forum, who shared insights from her personal and professional journey. She highlighted the value of mentorship in career development and encouraged participants to make the most of the program by building strong professional relationships, exchanging experiences, and embracing continuous learning.
The program included an overview of the mentorship framework, its objectives, the mentorship journey, and the accompanying professional capacity-building activities.
Participants were then introduced to their mentorship groups and engaged in interactive networking activities designed to foster meaningful connections between mentors and mentees .
